01.   Strategic Cooperation Agreement Signed with SUMEC

On January 7, Nanjing Zhongke Raycham Laser Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Raycham") signed a strategic cooperation agreement with SUMEC International Technology Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SUMEC"). The two parties will engage in comprehensive cooperation in areas such as overseas market expansion and export business of laser intelligent manufacturing equipment. The signing ceremony was attended by Ms. Yin Wenlan from SUMEC and Mr. Xing Fei, CEO of Raycham.

Founded in 1978, SUMEC is a key member enterprise of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH) and a globally-oriented international enterprise group. 02. Expanding Global Reach with Synova:

 Raycham‘s Water-Guided Laser Equipment Enters the European Market

Committed to independent innovation, Raycham has been actively advancing the localized development and service of cutting-edge water-guided laser technology. The company has launched five standard models of water-guided laser processing equipment under the RJ Series — RJ203, RJ205, RJ305, RJ505, and RJ1005 — covering mainstream processing needs for small, medium, and large components in the aerospace and general industrial sectors.

Recently, Raycham's water-guided laser equipment, now branded as the "C Series," has been featured on Synova’s official website, making it available for orders from Europe and other international markets. The C Series is also set to be showcased at the LASER World of PHOTONICS exhibition in Munich, Germany, in June 2025.
