Introducing the Upgraded RS450F
Equipped with six 500W lasers and a build volume of 450 × 450 × 500 mm, the new RS450F is designed for batch production across industries such as aerospace, aviation, footwear molds, tyre molds, and 3C components. Enhanced with features like a permanent filter and powder recycling system, it offers high efficiency for demanding manufacturing scenarios.

Its optimised control system enables intelligent monitoring and real-time fault alerts, ensuring smooth workflows by automatically adjusting or pausing the process in response to anomalies.

Smart & Efficient – Enabling Industrial-Grade Repairs Anywhere
Featuring an innovative tracked chassis paired with a collaborative robotic arm, the system ensures agile movement and precise control even in complex environments. Equipped with a 2000W high-power laser and a custom lightweight laser processing head, it supports automated robotic operation and manual handheld mode, allowing for versatile, high-precision repair across different scenarios.
The cabin integrates robot, laser, powder feeder, control system, and auxiliary units into a highly compact setup. With one-touch operation and rapid deployment, it significantly enhances the speed and effectiveness of emergency maintenance and on-site repair tasks.

On the afternoon of March 17th, Mr. Shi Jianjun, Deputy Director of Raycham’s Technology Center, delivered a keynote presentation titled:
“Key Digital Technologies and Software Suite for Additive Manufacturing at Raycham.”
In his talk, Mr. Shi introduced the company’s research focus on AI-driven metal additive manufacturing, specifically targeting digital design, scale production, and intelligent control. The core innovations included:
Cloud-Edge-Device Data Acquisition Architecture:
A staged data analysis method across equipment, functional zones, and cloud storage, designed to improve the efficiency of data-driven models and accelerate closed-loop control response.
Hybrid Process Control Strategy:
A dual approach combining static high-matching process input and adaptive dynamic regulation, aimed at overcoming the high first-time failure rate in AM printing.
Cluster-Based AM Software Platform:
A comprehensive industrial platform integrating data collection, process matching, real-time control, equipment maintenance, and intelligent scheduling, enabling safe, sustainable, and cost-effective personalized batch production.
Raycham has secured over 50 software copyrights and 60 invention patents in digital additive manufacturing. The company has developed three core software systems:
RC-CAM for path planning
RC-ROS for upper-level control
RC-MES for manufacturing process management
Additionally, over 20 intelligent monitoring modules have been created, and more than 100 software systems have been sold.
