The vehicle containerized laser remanufacturing equipment is mainly designed for on-site repair of large equipment components.
It adopts a containerized design with a user-friendly spatial layout, allowing for convenient lifting and use with a dual-compartment separation design. It is transported using a regular light-duty truck equipped with a GPS positioning system for easy tracking and quick assembly for laser cladding operations and return transportation, saving a significant amount of preparation time. All components, as well as water, electricity, and gas systems, are integrated within the container. The equipment is equipped with anti-slip, shockproof, and rainproof functions, with a reasonable layout for easy installation and maintenance.
